Preparing to Register

To register your delegation for MMUN 2012 please read all instructions carefully.  New schools cannot register until completing the Teacher’s training program.  For additional information about this training please click here.

Fees need to be paid for each phase of the registration process by their assigned dates.  For detailed fee information and conditions please click here.

Please note there are no refunds on registration after November 30, 2011.

Phase 1: School Registration

This phase of the process must be completed by January 30, 2012

1. Complete school information, and list the number of delegates that will attend the conference.

2. Receive school login information.

Please note: each school will have one login for both 4-6 and 7-9 grades. Once school information is entered, tabs can be used to enter coordinator and delegate’s information.

1. Receive schools country assignments.

Phase 2: Delegate Listings

This phase of the process must be completed by February 28, 2012, however early bird specials end December 15, 2011. 

1. Register all delegates and chaperones that will attend the conference.

Phase 3: Hotel Registration

Preferred guestroom rates will be made available to attendees once Phase 2 of the registration process has been completed. Preferred hotel rates are available until January 15, 2012. Please note that rooms cannot be guaranteed after March 10, 2012.  Hotel accommodations will be facilitated by MMUN. For additional information, please click here.
