This will be our third year of hosting our MMUN conference at The New York Marriott Hotel at the Brooklyn Bridge.  Because of this long standing relationship, this year we have been able to work with the hotel staff to create a new system for MMUN room reservations which will streamline the process and ensure that any special requests that are promised are guaranteed.  This will also allow pre-registration to limit your wait at arrival by ensuring that your room keys are ready for you when you check in.

To make sure that this process runs smoothly, the Marriott has dedicated one staff person, Irene Babcock, to handle ALL MMUN reservations.  You will no longer call the 800-Marriott number to reserve your rooms, rather, you will contact Irene Babcock directly at . Irene will provide personal attention. Ms. Babcock will be at the hotel to greet us on Sunday, February 28th, 2010, and to personally answer any questions that may arise.

Finally, Marriott has also offered a special $20.00 per room discount off of the already discounted group rate to all MMUN participants who register for rooms prior to November 30th, 2009.  With this discount, your room rate will be $279.00 per room, per night rather than the group rate of $299.00 per room per night. Remember 4 people can sleep in a room.
